Every horse has their own unique set of fears, and while you can't expose them to everything, I CAN teach them how to handle their fears and anxieties, minimizing the chances of panic rearing, bolting and bucking.
I can also break deliberately defiant behavior, bucking, rearing, stomping, refusal to load in a trailer, pulling when led.

I can travel to playdays, rodeos and other shows to provide advice, help warm up your horse and keep you or your child on track.

ME
I’m here to provide you with my multidisciplinary horse experience ranging from the training of ranch cow ponies to young racehorses to barrel racers to show jumping thoroughbreds. Stallions, mares in heat, pushy foals, wild mustangs, lazy uncooperative carriage horses, hot racers, whatever you may have on your hands, I will handle them and train them to be the best they can be, in whatever discipline, or even convert them to. From transforming a hot barrel racer to a calm, collected carriage horse, or a lazy kids horse to a cross country jumper, and anything in between, let me help you bring out the horse you want and need!

Kindness but firmness. I use gentle, low stress, low fear techniques, with discipline that is precise but won't make the horse fearful. Slow is smooth and smooth is fast. My techniques are learned from the horses themselves, and other trainers who use natural horsemanship.

I can travel to either your property or wherever you board or lease your horses in Vernon Parish. Further distances can be discussed!
